Waikiki's rhythm plays out far below - surfers threading waves, palm fronds catching the breeze - while up here, the pace is entirely your own. One block separates you from the beach, yet the height and quiet of this perch make it feel like a world apart. Living space The open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas in one easy flow, keeping the space comfortable for up to four guests without feeling cramped. Large windows draw the ocean presence inside, and the window AC unit keeps things cool through the warmth of the Hawaiian day. Settle into the living area with a 43-inch TV, an Ethernet connection, and WiFi for streaming or staying in touch. The dining counter is a natural gathering spot - whether you're mapping out the day over coffee or winding down after an evening out. Sleeping arrangements The bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed dressed in cotton linens, room-darkening shades for sleeping in, and a closet for clothing storage. A sliding panel door creates a separation between the sleeping area and the rest of the condo. In the living area, a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa sleeps two additional guests, best suited for children or occasional use. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick island breakfasts to relaxed dinners in. You'll find a Whirlpool refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, Whirlpool stainless steel single oven, microwave, and a full set of cooking basics - pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper. A rice maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and wine glasses round out the setup. Dishes, silverware, chopsticks, and bowls are all provided, and coffee is stocked for those first-morning moments on the lanai. Bathroom & essentials The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Fresh towels, bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided, along with hangers and an iron to keep things in order throughout your stay. Outdoor living Step through the lanai doors and into a front-row seat above the Pacific. Outdoor furniture and a sun lounger make it easy to linger - coffee at sunrise, a drink at dusk, or simply the view at any hour in between. An electric BBQ grill and outdoor dining area extend the space for meals with a backdrop few restaurants could match. Building & conveniences The Waikiki Banyan building offers elevator access, laundry rooms on every floor (paid washer and dryer), and free parking in the on-site garage. An EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is also available on the premises. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival easy, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so your first walk to the shore needs no preparation. The building also features a shared outdoor pool, shared hot tub (open 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM, available year-round), and shared sauna. Please note: the pool and hot tub are currently under renovation until April 2026. Neighborhood One block puts you at the edge of the ocean.
