The space 🏡 This studio apartment is a simple, budget-friendly option in the heart of Fenway, offering privacy and a quiet retreat while keeping you close to all the action. Located below ground level, it can be a little darker than other units, but that also makes it more private. 🛏️ Sleeping & Living Space The apartment is thoughtfully furnished with a queen-size bed with cotton linens, a small couch, and a TV with high-speed Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite shows. A patterned accent chair adds a touch of color and comfort. Please note: this unit is on the older side with some wear and tear, giving it a more “lived-in” feel compared to our other apartments. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home: microwave, electric kettle, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, mixing bowls, utensils, and wine glasses. (Pantry staples like coffee, oil, and spices are not stocked unless kindly left behind by previous guests.) A dining table with stools for 2 makes a great spot for meals or working from home. 🚿 Bathroom The private bathroom features a walk-in shower and vanity. Please note that this bathroom is on the older side. Fresh towels are provided (face cloths are not included). For added convenience, an iron and ironing board are available. 🧺 Laundry Coin/ APP operated laundry is available in the basement- down the hall. 👶 Traveling with Kids? We offer a Pack & Play for $50 per stay. Other things to note 🚫 Yes, Elevator – basement level, 1 floor down 🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and directly outside the building. 🅿️ Parking – City parking is always a challenge. We do not have any on-site parking, but we do recommend downloading the SpotHero app and booking a spot nearby! 🅿️ Parking- Most Convenient: 401 Park Garage—closest to your destination and open 24/7. Best for short stays or urgent access, but pricey. 🍳 Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests. 🛏️ Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set. 🆔 Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification. Minimum Age & Guest Composition - The primary guest must be 21+ and present for the entire stay. Reservations intended to allow under-21 guests to stay without appropriate adult supervision (for example, one 21-year-old booking for multiple 18–20-year-olds) are not allowed. 🐾 Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting. 📦 Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 14 days. 🏥 Medical Stays – For guests staying for medical or hospital-related reasons, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate. 🚽 Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items.
