While the space is fully functional it can be a bit of eye sore. We are working to have this fixed within the next few weeks. This is correctly pictured in the listing photos. In addition, you will notice a space on the second floor for a washer dryer - we special ordered the proper appliances for this space and they will be installed soon. While the listing clearly states no parking provided we are working to create a parking situation that assists our guests. If you are having difficulty finding parking, please feel free to contact the property manager who may be able to assist. While we do not tolerate excessive partying (particularly with guests who are not included on your reservation), we welcome bachelor party and bachelorette party groups. Please advise beforehand, and we are happy to make recommendations for your bachelor/bachelorette parties! We also welcome groups coming to town on golf trips, business/corporate retreats, family reunions, and milestone birthdays. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire house as well as free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, and access to your own streaming apps on the Smart TV. Other things to note 1. Pets Welcome: We happily welcome pets for an additional fee—just include them in your guest count and let us know in advance. 2. Entertainment: The living room features a Smart TV for your streaming apps (no cable). 3. Noise Policy: To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, discreet noise sensors monitor volume levels (no audio recorded). They simply alert us if sound exceeds reasonable limits, especially at night. 4. Age Requirement: Per Atlantic City regulations, guests must be 21 or older to book. 5. Historic Charm: Though fully renovated, the home is more than 100 years old and may have a few endearing quirks. 6. Entryway Update: The entryway is fully functional but awaiting its aesthetic renovation—accurately shown in the listing photos. 7. Laundry: A washer and dryer are coming soon for the second-floor laundry area; appliances are on order. 8. Comfort: Space heaters are provided on the first floor to offset any coastal drafts. 9. Parking: Street parking is generally available on our block. We’re working toward an off-street option; contact our property manager if you need help finding a spot.
