Keep areas clean, especially the common areas and report any damages or issues promptly. 2. Please keep doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms closed. 3. Microwave – At this time it needs to be handled with care. Please be gentle, hold the door handle from the top when opening and closing. 4. NO SMOKING is permitted in the guest bedrooms, guest bathrooms or common living areas such as; kitchen and living-room. Please use the outdoor space ONLY. You will be fined a fee of up to $250.00 if there is any evidence of smoking on property. Please keep your bedroom doors closed when you are not in them and of course if you are leaving for the day please lock your bedroom door by pressing the SIGNSTEK on door keypad. 5. Absolutely NO EATING and DRINKING on the living room couches. NO DRINKS other than water on the beds and please keep all trash out of bedrooms and disposed of in the kitchen bin. 6. Front Door – Use door keypad only (do not lock bottom lock or you may run the chance of being locked out). Furthermore when leaving the house with the front door closed behind you just press the lock button on the keypad and as mentioned before use the front door code to get in. 7. Live-in pet – Reminder there is a pet therefore do not leave entry and exit doors open and unattended. Please let host/ co-host know of any possible allergies. We will not be held responsible should you have a reaction as we have expressed that the home does have a pet that is there majority of the time, but is kept away from the bedrooms areas. If needed pet/s can be removed from property temporarily but this must be known at least 5 days in advance. 8. No additional pets allowed. 9. No parties. 10. NO UNAURTHORIZED GUESTS! Host much be notified and aware of all who are accessing the property. If there is anyone staying overnight that is not listed in the booking, you will be subjected to an additional fee/charge. We will not be held liable should any were to happen to any unknown persons (this includes children) while on the property. So please be honest! 11. Please be mindful of any other/ additional guests, that may book with us, during your stay. 12. If you would like to use the interior fireplace or exterior fire pit please notify Host/ Co-host. 13. Alarm - The ADT panel is usually armed by 2:00 am however if you need to be out late at night please speak with/ message the host/ the in-house housekeeper (if they are on the premises during the time of your stay) about the alarm. 14. Be mindful and considerate of other guests in home since the kitchen and living-room areas are shared. 15. The Basement & Third floor are NO ACCESS and closed off to guests. 16. Please do not move furniture around/ out of place! LAUNDRY: *Only for longer stays more than a week. If requested, there is a laundry fee of $2.50 (per load) to have your clothing washed and dried. For further questions, please speak with the host. NOTE: as of today - 05/10/2024 - the laundry room is currently (OUT OF SERVICE). Check-out is generally at (12pm) but can be flexible if requested – leave towels on the floor in the bathroom for cleaning, turn off all lights, devices, pull in bedroom and bathroom doors and return any keys received.
