Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere. No Shoes Policy: To ensure a clean environment and avoid carpet/rug stains, we do not allow shoes indoors. Due to Hawaii's warm, tropical climate, it's not uncommon to occasionally encounter small critters, even indoors. We take great care to manage this by regularly cleaning and treating the property, but the natural environment can sometimes invite these little visitors inside. Additionally, please note that our home is located in a tropical island setting, where nature is very much part of daily life. It is normal to hear roosters or chickens in the neighborhood, as well as frogs—especially in the early mornings and evenings. These sounds are a natural and authentic part of living in Hawaiʻi. If you are sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing or using earplugs for your comfort. By booking with us, you acknowledge and embrace these island sounds as part of the local charm and relaxed island vibes.
