SKI and SNOWBOARD options will be available this winter as our ski hill is working to make snow despite the climate here in Massachusetts. Bring the whole family to this classic colonial where there’s lots of room for fun, with plenty of space to relax or run around in the yard, this house has accommodations for all. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from an 18-hole golf course, ice cream stand, and a 3 minute drive from Ski Bradford, a great ski and snowboarding hill. The space We have 3 separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, one and a half baths (half bath is connected to the master bedroom), living room, front room, front deck, back deck, and spacious yard. Guest access Entire home. Other things to note This home is a non smoking environment. If you plan to come here and smoke, or throw a party, you will be expected to pay an extra cleaning fee as we have had this happen and additional fees have been collected. If you have more guests than expected, and you plan to have a party, you will be asked to leave and will be removed from the property pre-maturely. PET POLICY**** Please keep in mind, we would kindly ask that if you do request to bring your pets along, that you take care of our home. Please do not allow your dogs to leave marks on the woodwork, as this can become a costly repair. If we find your pet has left their mark, we will kindly ask for you to pay for any necessary repairs. Please be aware, our washer and dryer are located in the basement. The stairs have just been redone and we are undergoing repairs to accommodate our guests for future stays so we ask that you please take caution when using the washer and dryer in our home for now. Please be aware, we have a septic tank. No flushing of anything other than toilet paper please! As well as putting anything (food/etc.) down the kitchen sink. Lead Paint Disclaimer: Please be aware, for pregnant women and young children, as this is an older colonial style home, there are still some small areas of lead paint evidence inside the home on some of the window sills, and is in the process of being removed for future guests stays.
