This condo is a tropically decorated one-bedroom, one-bath ground level unit that sleeps four. It has a queen-sized bed and a new sofa bed in the living room. All amenities and appliances are available for cooking, if that's your desire. Just yards away from the ocean, If you have Maui on your mind, this condo is for you. We are centrally located in West Maui, 10 minutes North of Lahaina and 5 minutes south of Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries. Commonly asked questions: • Do you have beach equipment? No we do not guarantee beach equipment in the condos. Although, we have a spot behind the laundry room that has some items left from previous guests. Also, you can rent everything at the nearby snorkel store. This will ensure sanitary snorkel gear and well maintained items. We do provide beach towels. One per guest. • Do you have washer and dryers? We have laundry facility on property; it is $2.00 per load. We do not supply laundry detergent; please bring your own detergent and quarters. • Do you have oils or spices for cooking? No we do not supply these items; we are conscience of cross contamination. • Do you parking? Yes, we have one parking spot per condo (this includes our one and two bedroom condos) • Do you have beach access? Not on our property. Only a five minute drive is some of the islands most beautiful beaches, there is Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay. Also, there are some great beaches within walking distance of our property. • Do you have kitchen cookware? Our kitchens come fully stocked, from dishes, glassware, pots and pans and many kitchen utensils, they also have microwave and coffee makers (bring your own coffee) we also have barbeques on property for your use. • We have starter supplies in each condo. We start you out with three toilet papers, travel size toiletries two bars of soaps one shampoo and one conditioner and one lotion in each bathroom. Also 17oz. liquid dish soap, dish pods, trash bags and one sponge. • Are there Grocery stores close by? Yes, there is Farmers Market, which is an organic store. Also, Times supermarket is close by. Both are right down the road from us. • Do you offer grocery delivery? You can find places on line for this service. I do recommend Demming’s Delivery Service. • Do you have baby equipment? No, we do not; you can look on line for different rental agencies. • Restaurants in the area. There are a few that are within a mile, Maui Brewing, Dollies, Java Jazz, and Slappy cakes. There is also a food truck area that has few different choices. There is also a couple of coffee shops nearby Bad Ass Coffee and Kahana Coffee shop. • Do you have exercise equipment? No we do not although there is a gym close by called “Club Maui” feels free to call them for their rates. • Do you have air conditioning? No we do not have air conditioning although we do have ceiling fans in each room and a nice cross breeze. • Do you offer late check outs or early check ins? Our housekeeping staff asks us not to offer this ahead of time. You can send a message the same day and we can let you know. Although please plan for a 3:00p.m. check in and 11:00a.m check out.
