We DO NOT allow groups that are looking for a place to party, host bachelorette or bachelor parties, host drinking events, etc. The dock is not available for overnight tie ups. No pets, no smoking, no house parties (including bachelorette or bachelor parties) or under age drinking. You will incur additional charges or be asked to leave for breaking the house rules.
