Separate entrance to main floor living room & comfortably gather in the kitchen upstairs along with the sleeping quarters. So much beautiful space to gather & create memories with fantastic views of the Mighty Mississippi. The Historical Capt. McCaffrey Home will take you back to reflect & restore! The space 2000 sq feet of living. Main Floor entrance off a side porch. Enter into living room, upstairs full functioning kitchen/gathering space, 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Guest access Living room on main floor, upstairs sleeping quarters & kitchen. Porch off Master & porch all along the front facing Cody Rd./downtown. Patio out back before entering home. Other things to note This space is above Grasshoppers Gatherings an event venue. As our guests you park in the back & enter to the left of the property. The venue guests have a separate entrance to the right. Also, there may be an event happening during the day with extra activity. I will let guests that are staying know if there is an event & the time frame. This home is the cornerstone of downtown so great views of all activity. Train tracks do run along the river. There is a little hustle & bustle at this property. It was noted earlier but the majority of your sleeping, living space is upstairs. French doors separate the guest house from the venue.
