Description

Historic charm radiates from this 1856 Creole Cottage. Located on a gorgeous block in the Treme neighborhood, our home is steps to the French Quarter. Walk 15 minutes to either Bourbon or Frenchmen and soak in the live music and bustling nightlife. Before you hit the town, rest up in our cozy living room or sip a cocktail in our bamboo-lined backyard. The space Backyard available for shared use. Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels! Though the house has 4 bedrooms, due to New Orleans STR laws we can only advertise 3 bedrooms - the 4th bedroom is flex space not to be used for guest sleeping. Guest access Access is through the side gate. Street parking is free. Other things to note Owner lives on premises but uses separate entrance and will not access guest spaces during your visit. Registration Details 23-NSTR-18266, 23-OSTR-18120
