The 6x8 ft skylight fills the loft with natural light. The skylight, wood posts and steel beams are original from the ironworks. New is the comfortable radiant ceiling heat and eco renovation. This location has 3 rare perks: easy street parking, wide ground floor access, and, it's quiet! 2 guests only, no parties! The space Renovated loft in what used to to be Liberty Ironworks. Ground floor entrance has large double doors, 7 ft wide. 12-13 ft ceiling, concrete floor and radiant ceiling heat keeps this industrial space comfortable. Bathroom with washer/dryer/utility sink has sliding door (3 ft wide), but the rest of the loft is open space, no steps. No steps from street to interior. Fully equipped kitchen. Attention to healthy environment therefore no scented candles, room fresheners, dryer sheets, or other chemicals. Natural cleaning products. 2 guests only.
