The space We are set in the middle of Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven. Our home is 2000 sq. ft plus the enclosed porch (bar area)--plenty of space to spread out!! Set back from the road and adjacent to the hike and bike trail. Quiet, tranquil, yet accessible to the hundreds of miles of trails. Right out the back door! Guest access Your house key instructions will be emailed or texted 1-2 weeks prior to your rental. Other things to note HOT TUB OPEN YEAR ROUND!!! ENJOY THE HOT TUB EVEN WHEN IT'S SNOWING!! Enjoy the spacious deck and hot tub. Relax and take your meals on the porch if you like, or enjoy the picnic table in the back yard near the outside gas grill. Bring it inside at 10PM and respect our neighbors, please. There is a year round tenant that lives in the garage apartment. This space is completely separate from the main house, with no doors or windows near each other, and no communal space other than a parking area. 7 night minimum during high season: July and August (unless otherwise noted) 3 night minimum all other months
