There is AC in both bedrooms, a fan in the living room, and WiFi throughout the home. There is a new kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, along with an open dining and living area. Step outside onto the large covered lanai where there is two comfortable chairs and a hammock to enjoy the views back towards the Ala Wai and the beautiful mountain range just beyond. There is a pool for guest use, along with a reserved parking stall for your use. The building is a secured building and there is a coin operated laundry that you may use. You can walk three blocks to Waikiki Beach from here, and you are one block from International Marketplace as well as the new Waikiki Market. There are so many dining, shopping, and entertainment options all minutes away walking distance from this very central building. Guest access The whole place is yours. Other things to note We provide kitchen basics and appliances such as rice cooker and coffee pot, along with cleaning essentials and some soap to get you started on your stay. There are beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon that you may use to head to the beach. The condo has strict rules and must be followed. Quiet hours of 9pm-8am must be adhered to, no smoking, and number of guests must not exceed the number of registered guests on your reservation or you will be fined and/or evicted immediately. This home has been registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii TA-000-659-6096-01 and cannot be rented for less than 30 consecutive days.
