The Master Bedroom has a king Bed with an ensuite bathroom. The Second Bedroom has a queen bed, gas fireplace and is right across from the second full bath. PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. **outdoor furniture will be put away for the Winter in November & reassembled mid-May* The space We renovated this home in 2018 and have enjoyed it as our family home for several years. It's open and airy, with a ton of natural light. The common hallway isn't super nice and unfortunately we can't do much about that, as it's a "common" Area for the building, but we keep all areas very clean. Guest access PARKING IS TOUGH! We highly recommend you think of Boston, just as you would NYC. You wouldn't want to drive through Manhattan, just as much as you wouldn't want to drive around Boston! Get the fully city experience, by taking advantage of our public transportation. We have a bus stop, just 50 feet from the house, on the corner of Broadway and G Street. This bus will take you right to the Broadway T Station. If you don't want to deal with public transport, there is Uber and Lyft that can take you all over the city. Southie is extremely walkable as well. It's a 15 minute walk to the T Station if you wanted to walk to Broadway T Stop. There are also city bikes available by the old BOA building on Broadway (across from Lincoln Tavern). It's a lot of fun getting around the city on the bikes. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: 1)The deck's furniture will have everything removed for the Winter usually between October and November (depends on the weather). We will put the furniture back onto the deck in April/May (again, depending on the snow/weather). 2)We do not offer cable TV.
