Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. located 10 miles from resort areas of Cape May, NJ , Avalon, Stone HarbLocated in an area with Beaches , Store's , Movie Theaters, Starbucks, Walgreens, etc. Has plenty of free parking, up to 5 cars. This is a fully updated dutch colonial home with all the conveniences, Sunroom and porch. House is sparkling clean with all the amenities for a peaceful vacation. Guests must bring sheets and pillow cases. 2Queen beds/4twins The space All rooms in house are large. Fully air-conditioned (2 large air conditioning units), 2 TV’s, 1 in living room, 1 in a twin bedroom. Kitchen w/Island, Dining Rm., Enclosed Sunroom, outdoor porch w/tables and protective umbrella. Firepit w/wood , space in sunroom for bicycles, or beach chairs. Washer and Dryer in Basement for adults only. We have full house WiFi. Whole house renovated in 2022. Guests must bring your own sheets and pillow cases for beds used. 2 Queen beds and 4 Twin beds. Guest access House and parking and yard with firepit area available. Garage not available for guests use. Access to house with combination lock given to guest for front and back door. Security camera's monitored parking lot and front of house by owners. Also, front and back of house lighted at night by Security lite. Front of house by a flood light and back by a security light on high telephone pole. A hose at south side, front of house to wash sand off beach items, etc. Other things to note We have city water (tested) —Home on a Septic System. Kitchen has Electric appliances, dishwasher, large Fridge with freezer. Electric oven , Keurig coffee maker and 5 cup standard Coffee maker. Small Ice Machine. Paddle fans in bedrooms upstairs. Almost a Bed and Breakfast Inn, but i don't cook food or serve it. Large refrigerator with freezer in kitchen. You will not be disappointed with the accommodations. House has a fire extinguisher in kitchen and basement. Also smoke alarms and carbon monoxide in bedrooms and in downstairs rooms.
