This stylish 3 bed 1 ba unit to stay is perfect for group trips. This unit has a private entrance. It has all of the modern updates with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the bar cart for all of your favorite libations. The best part is that the house is on a huge lot of land so plenty of backyard space for gatherings. The front of the house has a circular parking space that can fit around 30 cars. Pet allowed: max 1 dog or cat. I usually charge extra fees for events (e.g. weddings, baby showers, birthdays etc). Plus you are responsible for cleaning up. Price is outlined here: an extra $400 is ok for you for a party of max 20 people. $600 for max 30 people. $800 extra for max 40 people and $1000 max for 50 people.
