I have wifi, 2 televisions, both of the beds are Tempur-pedic, nice big back yard perfect for gatherings, neighbors are very cool. This is the perfect place for contractors or individuals looking for a safe place to stay All parts of the house will be accessible I live in clinton iowa so I will be near by if any concerns Very nice neighbor and neighborhood, very well protected The parking is on the curb of the house It isn’t the best place in the world but it also isn’t terrible, it’s a very homey feeling house
