Maximum 8 adults, 10 guest with children! *IF HOT TUB NEEDS TO BE DRAINED, BECAUSE OF MISUSE, AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $375 WILL BE CHARGED* The space Besides the generous deck space, our home has many other hidden treasures. It includes several gathering areas: multiple sitting areas on the rooftop deck, an outside covered seating area with a firepit, 2 living rooms and a vast kitchen/dining area. It also offers a grill, an outdoor shower, electric car charger, 3 kayaks & 1 paddleboard, cornhole, 4 beach cruiser bikes, keypad entry, plentiful parking, and a second microwave and refrigerator conveniently located on the first floor.
