Guests will have access to the back breezeway connecting the garage to the house, which includes a table and chairs and an entryway area. Guests will have shared access to the garage, which is also used by any occupants of the apartment unit located above the garage (this apartment is sometimes occupied by the host, and sometimes occupied by AirBNB guests). Guests will NOT have access to the apartment unit above the garage or to the back patio, which is designated for private use by occupants of the apartment, and which is a separate area from the yard available for guest use (on opposite side of the house/garage). There is a large driveway with off-street parking for 1 car in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway, for a total of 2 off-street parking spaces. One additional parking space in the driveway may also be available for your stay -- please inquire with us to confirm parking availability if you will need guaranteed space for more than 2 cars.
