At Pagnozzi’s Residence Inn, You will feel like at home, sharing the common areas and meet others guests, International students from different countries, languages, background. Easy access to Manhattan, New York City. Restaurants, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Public transportation are in a walkable distance. I am always open to help my guests with local guidelines. The space This is a family private house, the guests bedrooms are private for one person only. Not allowed visitors overnigh, no pets, we have a friendly, respectful and professional environment. No drugs, no drama. We want to share a peaceful place and enjoy the life . Guest access Living room, dining room, kitchen, microwave, stove, toaster oven, refrigerator etc .bathroom, laundry room . During your stay I live in my house, usually I welcomed the guests in person. I am more then happy to help my guests. Also I respect if the guest wants to keep their private stay. There will be more guests at this same dates. Other things to note This is a private bedroom in a family house.usually my guests are international students who come to study abroad in New York City, also tourists from different countries who are Solo travelers and are visiting New York City, Manhattan.
