The space This apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit building, the entire space was furnished and decorated in 2020 and includes hard wood floors, two memory foam king size beds, a large 55" TV with Netflix, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Discovery+, Disney+, ESPN+ Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Curiosity. There is a comfortable sofa with a fold out queen size bed, loveseat with coffee table, dining table and chairs, a desk for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, private in-unit laundry room, and three season sun porch. The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks. The bathroom is clean and comfortable, includes a large rain-head shower, tub, granite vanity, commode, and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and hair drier. The unit has it's own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in each bedroom. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, only a few blocks from the beach, with off-street parking. You are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. This apartment is in a two unit building, both units are short-term rentals. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, the entire indoor space is private to you with it's own entrance and no shared space.
