Enter into the tranquil living space with custom latticed cathedral ceilings surrounded by banks of shuttered windows offering wondrous light. The space lends itself to indoor / outdoor entertaining and relaxing with its sofas, large dining tables and modern Chef kitchen and grilling area. First floor has a Queen luxury bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, and the two custom built-in bunks as well as half bathroom in the living space. The master bedroom is the only room on the second floor and has an inviting luxe coastal design and gorgeous bathroom with tub. The upstairs deck off the master bedroom offers beautiful ocean views and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail at sunset. Complimenting the many outstanding attributes of this quaint beach cottage is a private and magnificent bluestone courtyard patio. The outdoor space is kitted out with a new Kamado grill and extremely comfortable and relaxing patio furniture enclosed by private privet hedge.
