Just a five minute walk to downtown Vineyard Haven and its abundance of shops and restaurants. A mere 5 minute drive to Oak Bluffs and beautiful State Beach. First floor of the house opens up into an open living room and kitchen as well as an adjacent bedroom and full bathroom. Second floor is one bathroom and two bedrooms. Newly fenced in back deck features patio table, chairs, and propane grill. Laundry is located in the basement along with cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Two Parking spots available. There is a separate downstairs apartment which is occupied by the property managers with their own separate entrance and no shared spaces. They are happy to help with any questions you may have during your stay and take pride in responding promptly.
