Use ramp to enter home. Enter keypad code, push door open, handle does not move - push door open. To lock door, pull firmly and press lock symbol on keypad and listen for the lock to engage and lock. Use of whole house, walk property to view gardens and lush forest! AVOID walking on property during windy weather, storms, at night. It is very dark in Hawaii as we have little light pollution. Seeing in the dark is near impossible. Large screened lanai offers beautiful outside space to gather with seating - enjoy 55 inch smart TV on the lanai! Hammock swings on screened lanai to read, surf the web, or nap! Hawaii Telecom Fiberoptic WIFI - speed varies and can be effected by weather, electrical outages, or upgrades to Fiber Optic Lines by Hawaii Telecom - not common but noted. Our road is part rock/gravel/dirt road with a couple dips but is safe to use by all vehicles. If there is rain in the dips they are 100% safe and shallow to drive thru. Go slow and enjoy the mother nature! Other things to note Do not use google maps to get directions. It is not updated. Hawaii is rural and from time to time you may see neighborhood chicks and kitties! They are neighborhood visitors and not personal pets. We take many safeguards to keep Mother Nature outside where we like her to be however from time to time you may encounter her inside just like you would encounter and insect at your home - please keep screens on windows and keep all doors closed to prevent entry. Secure all garbage and tuck food away in containers or in fridge for freshness! Our road is part rock/dirt/gravel with a few dips but 100 % safe to drive as you take it slowly. We recommend to rent a vehicle with a higher clearance to but any can be used on road. Hawaii Telecom Fiber-Optic for TV and Wi-Fi accessibility. TVs in all room and outside lanai. Island inclement weather can cause changes in when storms approach otherwise there is a great connection.
