The rustic outside of the unit gives way to a comfortable living space on the top floor and the bottom floor is a wide open utility room with a second bath, electric stove, full laundry and a place to store things while in transit or if moving in or out of the area. The space A carriage house about 150 feet from the main residence, the unit is exclusively for guest use. The 2 acre property with lawns and gardens are shared with the owners, senior citizens. The property is not fenced so no pets. The ground floor has a bathroom with shower, stove, refrigerator and laundry. The living area on first floor has 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom attached (inside) one of the bedrooms, open living/dining/kitchenetette with refrigerator, electric grill, induction burner, toaster oven and microwave. A home away from home. No smoking of any kind, no events, gatherings, parties or commercial activities. Guest access Includes approximately 1000 square feet of floor space, outside deck and shared wooded and lawn space of over an acre. Ample parking for up to 3 vehicles and upon request space for a small trailer or RV. Access to the living area is by steps - not appropriate for disabled or physically challenged. The area is not fenced in so we do not accept pets or animals of any kind. Other things to note Quiet, rural suburbia - 3 miles from train and bus stations. Must have a vehicle or use ridesharing app. Snow and rain in winter can disrupt routines for up to 24 hours. Parking is not a problem. Ample parking space outside the door for cars, an RV or camping trailer. Downstairs an inside garage space or it can be used for storage of personal effects. Ideal location to help those in need of a short term transition while making a move or change in life. This is a home away from home. No commercial use of any kind including film or video crews.
