This ocean-block beauty is the 3rd house from the beach! Enjoy beautiful ocean views and relaxing sounds from the ocean at night. Please note there is a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during peak season (June to Labor Day). The space The home has 2 bedrooms with queen beds (one is master bedroom with master bath). The 3rd bedroom has a triple and double bunk bed, all twin mattresses. The garage/game room has ping pong table, shuffle board, foosball table, and a pac-man machine that will entertain for hours and provide lasting fun memories. The backyard is paved and fenced. There is a tiki bar, gas grill, adirondack chairs and an outside shower. Other things to note ***Please note this rental does not include bed sheets, bath towels or beach towels. Quilts and pillows are provided. Hand towels, dish towels and bath mats are provided. Multiple linen services are available on the island*** Property includes 6 beach passes, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas Parking for 2 cars on the driveway (no parking in the garage) Keurig and drip coffee maker provided
