You can enjoy your own private room in our spacious 3 bedroom apartment which includes WiFi, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counters tops, dish washer, onsite laundry and beautiful patio views of the sunrise and sunset. The space Bedrooms: Our apartment features three bedrooms, this bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen-size bed, flat screen TV, nightstand, lamp, alarm clock, 2 closet spaces and a dedicated work station. You will be sharing the apartment with other guests, so we kindly request that you limit your activities to your own room to ensure everyone's privacy and comfort. Common Spaces: The common areas, such as the living room, dining area, and kitchen, are shared among all guests. Other guests may also be using these areas during their stay so please respect these spaces and keep them clean and tidy for everyone's enjoyment. There's plenty of safe, free and convenient parking in-front and on the side of the property. Private parking can be provided for an extra fee. Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, plates, utensils etc. There is also a shared fridge available for your food items. We recommend labeling your items so everyone else can locate there's by name or room number. Provided Amenities: We offer towels, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are also provided. You can expect amenities such as air conditioning, a hairdryer, heating, Wi-Fi, hot water, hangers, an iron, and a smoke alarm. Self-Check-In: We have a self-check-in system in place for your convenience. If you encounter any difficulties or have any questions regarding the check-in process, please don't hesitate to contact the host immediately. We are available to assist you regardless of the time. Guest access As our guest, you will have access to a private room equipped with a lock, ensuring your privacy and security during your stay. In addition to your private room, you will have access to the shared spaces of the apartment, including the kitchen, bathroom, common areas, and living room. Feel free to utilize the kitchen to prepare meals or snacks during your stay. The bathroom will be shared with other guests, so we kindly ask for your consideration and cleanliness in this shared space. The common areas, such as the living room, are available for your use and enjoyment. We ask that you respect these shared spaces and be mindful of other guests who may also be utilizing them. Guest access Guests can access the entire apartment which includes a shared cozy living room, dining room, a bright and open kitchen, and a standard bathroom. During your stay During your stay We prioritize open communication and aim to provide prompt assistance to our guests. During your stay at our Airbnb, you can reach us easily through the Airbnb app or phone. My assistant and I are committed to being available and responsive to any inquiries, concerns, or requests you may have. Other things to note There may be a possibility that you will run into myself or other short term renters during your stay. I currently manage a few rental properties in and around Webster and use the attic as an office space and/or the bathroom at times so feels free to say hi if we run into each other.
