Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made. NO additional guests. There is a $250 fine associated per person that exceeds the occupancy limit. All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Age requirements do not apply to families with young children. Any person under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the reservation. The primary booking guest must be present throughout the entire length of the reservation. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. These hours are strictly enforced. The township is very strict on noise violations and police will be called if excessive noise is coming from our home. If a noise violation is issued you are responsible for the fine amount from the township plus an additional fine of $500. Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be considered. No cable television - Smart TVs with Wi-Fi only. Must sign into own streaming accounts. The Oar House is located on a low speed state route with a steady flow of traffic out front. Must sign rental agreement and security deposit to confirm reservation.
