OPEN YEAR ROUND! 2 blocks from beach & 10 min walk to WW Convention Center. Great spot for family shore memories. 2 bed, 2 floor condo. Sleeps 7 w/ 2 queen, 1 twin bed and fold out couch. Pool on premises (Mem. Day Weekend to mid-Sept). Place is built for family enjoyment. WILL NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER 25 unless part of a family. This is a great for a nice, quiet family vaca. NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! New cleaning service recently hired. Reviews prior to Sept. 2022 does not reflect new service. The space Unit is 1 of 9 that share the pool; which is 3 to 5 feet deep. Guest access Parking is a 1 reserved spot long enough to fit 2 cars bumper to bumper. Other things to note Linens and towels are generally not provided and expected to be brought by guests. Cleaning service will not wash linens/towels after stay. If you need to use linens and/or towels, you need to be willing to clean them after. Please notify ahead of time if you wish to make such arrangement. Pool is open late May to late September. Owner has a dog that comes w/ him when he uses. I make the best effort to ensure dog hair is cleaned, but want to make guests aware in case of allergies. This DOES NOT mean guests are welcome to bring their pets. Condo and amenities are for paying guests only. No guests beyond those associated with your AirBnB booking. Any reported violation of this rule may lead to forfeiture of deposit along with reporting to AirBnB. The owner is not on premises and does not live in the vicinity, but is reachable for an emergency. Accommodations are limited to offering the space during the duration. The place is yours, please treat it as you would your home.
