The space This charming 2 bedroom home has 3 levels. Basement is also the back garage entry with washer and dryer. The main level can be accessed directly from the front door or up the stairs from the garage. The main floor contains the living room with Smart TV and full-size gallery style kitchen and dining room. Step upstairs to find two private bedrooms with queen beds. The bedrooms each have closets with hangers and are separated by the full bathroom with entry located in the hallway. SELF CHECK IN - Let yourself in with our convenient smart lock technology. No fumbling or lost keys to worry about. BASEMENT (Stairs to access) - Washer and dryer FIRST FLOOR - Living room with soft and Roku SmartTV - Well stocked eat in kitchen fully stocked. SECOND FLOOR - Full bathroom - BEDROOM 1 - has a queen bed. - BEDROOM 2 - has a queen bed. PARKING - Guest will have access to the garage or there is the street parking out from of the unit. Guest access Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless, guests will enter through a secured door. Once you book you will receive a private entry code 24 hours prior to arrival. Other things to note This unit is located just blocks from the 12 miles of bikepath to explore the QC! Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there's evidence of smoking, of any nature you will be charged a $350 fee. Absolutely NO PARTIES.
