This is the 1st floor apartment of a 2-family home, in a very quiet neighborhood where neighbors look out for each other. Get a good nights sleep on our memory foam mattresses, cook in our brand new kitchen with all new appliances. Pamper yourself and let the stress melt away in our large shower. Very close to NY City train and Seton Hall University. The space A great choice for families touring Seton Hall University, and for business travelers, travel nurses, sports fans, insurance companies and production crews visiting, working or filming in Newark, South Orange and New York City. Enjoy a quiet and calming environment by lounging in the living room or treat yourself to a healthy meal in our dining room with a picturesque stained glass window. Off the dining room, is our brand new kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. This apartment has a serene, calming feel and offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with comfy King size bed while the other bedroom offers a twin size daybed with a twin size trundle bed underneath. All are extremely comfortable with memory foam mattresses. We offer free driveway parking for one car, plus there is free street parking as long as you are mindful of the street signs. Please note that the driveway is quite narrow so it may be a tight squeeze for a larger car/suv. In that case you are welcome to park on the street, if you choose. Professional cleaners clean and disinfect after each guest. Plus we block 24 hours between each guest. You also have access to a separate coin operated washer and dryer in the basement in a shared laundry area. This is the perfect place to stay that meets your needs, so we ask that you please treat this house as if it was your own. In the unlikely event that you damage anything in the apartment, please let us know in advance so that we have time to fix it for the next guests. Apartment Access: We use the August Smart lock, simply unlock and lock directly from this App on your cell phone. Based on our building security rules, this is required. Detailed information on how to install this App is sent after confirmed booking. Guest access Guests have access to entire private apartment. The backyard is NOT available to you. No drug use or smoking of any kind is allowed inside apartment and on premises. It is our strict policy. Self check-in is available, allowing swift access to enjoy your private stay here. NOTE: For your safety and ours we have active security cameras monitoring all exit and entry points of our building. They do not capture any private areas. These cameras are motion detecting security cameras. No unauthorized guests allowed. Other things to note This is a multifamily home so please be considerate and keep all noise to a minimum respecting all other occupants. At checkout you don't have to worry about any chores. All we ask is that you put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it and drop your trash bags in the bins outside on your way out. I am happy to answer any questions you have about the space.
