Welcome to our cozy Great Barrington cottage with views of Butternut Mountain! Less than a 5-minute drive to downtown Great Barrington, where you will be able to explore local shops and great restaurants. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and so much more. A short drive to all major activities including 5 minutes to Ski Butternut, 15 minutes to Catamount, and 20 minutes to Tanglewood. Centrally located to all the Berkshires has to offer! The space Recently updated with TLC, the cottage provides a cozy Berkshire experience for you and your family or friends. Walk into the cottage through the stone mudroom and enter the kitchen, which has been newly painted, includes new appliances, and is fully equipped. Continue walking through to the dining room where you will find a handmade custom farm table where you can eat drink and chat. After the dining room is the comfy living room where you will have access to a smart TV with streaming capabilities. The bathroom is newly renovated and features a barn door and a subway tile shower. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed, both with views of Butternut Mountain. Upstairs has one queen bedroom and a BRAND NEW (2023) extension, featuring a tiled bathroom with rain shower, standalone soaking tub, and heated floors, and a fourth bedroom containing a twin bed, mini crib, and changing table. Mini crib has the comfortable Newton breathable mattress. Upstairs bedroom and bathroom both have mountain views. Original but re-finished wood floors throughout the entire cottage. Take a walk out back where you can BBQ on our pea gravel patio or sit around the fire pit in our Adirondack chairs and make s'mores. The property is completed fenced.
