Sliding doors separate the bedroom and living areas for added privacy. This condo comes equipped with a window AC unit. One parking pass as well for vehicles no higher than 6”. We provide sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, child life vest, boogie boards, and snorkel masks as well! The Kitchen: Full size kitchen with all the basics including cookware, utensils, drinking and wines glasses. Rice maker, blender, tea kettle, and toaster also for your convenience! Refrigerator,Range, oven and Microwave. Three bar stools at the eating counter. Bedroom: One queen and one full size bed with clean white sheets and quilts Dresser with 3 drawers Full size closet with hangers, extra blankets, iron, ironing board, free standing fan. Living room: Custom couch with sleeper sofa pull out. Table books, flat screen tv, plenty of lighting and lamps. Bathroom: Separate dressing area from bath/shower. Guest access You will have the entire unit and private lanai to yourself! Guests have full access to the pool deck, sauna, hot tubs, and playground and Barbeque. Other things to note The Waikiki Banyan has the look and feel of a hotel but there are many units owned and operation individually as well as full time residents. The building has full 24 hour security and maintenance staff , as well as a hotel management company that manages many units in the building.
