Sitting on 21-acres of lush, tropical gardens amidst the panoramic backdrop of Hawaii's Kona Coast, the Kona Coast Resort provides a relaxing resort atmosphere with lots of onsite and nearby amenities including numerous pools and spas, tennis courts, sand volleyball court and onsite restaurant/bar. Adjacent to the resort is a championship 18 hole golf course, and the Keahou shopping center across the street. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite provides ~1,700 sq ft of living space and a full kitchen The space The Kona Coast Resort has a 4.6 out of 5.0 rating on Expedia and a 4.5 out of 5.0 on TripAdvisor. Enjoy two swimming pools (one family pool with a children's pool and one quiet spa pool), three Jacuzzis, sauna, playground, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, ocean view fitness center, shuffleboard, kids playground, and various on-site activities like hula lessons. All units have a living area with dining table, full kitchen, patio or balcony, king bed in one bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom, sofa sleeper in living room, in-room clothes washer/dryer, sofa sleeper in the living room and two bathrooms. All units have same features and size, but room location, patio views and decor may vary based on which ever unit is available at the time of check-in. I have been an owner of Shell Vacations Time Share properties for over 10 years and the Kona Coast Resort being one property owned by Shell Vacations Club. You will check in just like at any hotel. This is a timeshare unit and it's fully transferable so I will be booking the nights under your name. - Guests are subject to the Hawaii Timeshare Occupancy Tax at a rate of ~$12.00 per night at check-out (payable directly to the Kona Coast Resort) - Air conditioning is optional at a rate of ~$11 per night (payable directly to the Kona Coast Resort) - There is a $250 refundable deposit due upon check in to the resort to cover any damages to the room (credit or debit card only). - Only Registered Guests are able to use the pools and jacuzzi’s. Wristbands will/may be issued at check-in and are required to be worn while at the pool or jacuzzi. - International travelers into Hawaii will need to follow the International Travel requirements as outlined on the Hawaii COVID 19 website. Some International travelers will be subject to adhering to Safe Travels Requirements to bypass quarantine. Please check the website for the travel requirements. - Parking is free HOTEL AMENITIES: front desk / Concierge Must be at least 21 years of age. Units are non-smoking Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State of Hawaii, City of Kona, and/or Kona Coast Resort. Since the Kona Coast Resort is a timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, and suggest you politely decline to maximize your time while visiting the Big Island. GENERAL TERMS: - Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out. - Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit. - The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests. - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss
