The guest apartment is located on the lower level of the main house on a beautiful, quaint hillside street. The 600 sq. ft. apartment is remodeled to provide a relaxed, beach getaway ambiance so you could enjoy a care free getaway. After waking from a restful slumber in the king-size bed, enjoy a beautiful oceanside morning walk to get your coffee at the local bakery or the local coffee shop. After you’ve grabbed your coffee, explore all that highlands has to offer. This is a beautiful and quaint apartment to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Enjoy the sun and lounge by the pool or walk ten minutes to inlet beaches close by. Guests have complete privacy in the entire apartment with a full kitchen, living room, king bedroom, full bathroom, and full size laundry. The pool and outdoor living space is shared with the owners, however, they rarely use! The exterior stair case is to the right side of the entrance when facing the home. There are 13 steps down to apartment level. Staircase is well lit, rubber treaded and has a safety rail. Use the right side entrance stairway when facing the home. Code to the door will be given on the day of check in Host resides in the front portion of the house and uses the top floor deck. Guests will have complete privacy of the apartment. Tons of Beaches to explore, Nature trails and biking + hiking along the Henry Hudson Historic Spring and trails, Tons of seafood restaurants in Highlands and nearby Atlantic Highlands, Marinas for charter boat fishing rentals. Historic Twin Lights just around the corner with Marconi Lens and Museum, Historic Sandy Hook Light House, Nightlife, live music, Bruce Springsteen's Favorite Mexican Restaurant; "Chilangos", Nearby Sea Bright with restaurants and live music, Red Bank offers Two River Theater, Nightlife, shopping, live music and many eateries. Monmouth Racetrack in nearby Oceanport offers thoroughbred Racing and picnic area for a day at the races. There is a tram/trolley schedule for local travel and most restaurants are a quick car ride away offering night life, seafood, international food and live music. It's very pedestrian friendly and most places are a short walk away. Off The Hook, Bahr's Restaurant and Moby's plus Ice Cream Stand is at the end of our street. There is a waterfront park on the bay near bridge. The private family pool is shared with guests. Security cameras are located on property.
