It includes 3 bedrooms with 2 queen-sized beds, a twin daybed, and a single bed. 2 bathrooms one with a shower, the other with a shower and soaking tub. Enjoy electric blankets, refrigerator/s, microwave/s, and robes. The Dillingham Residence also boasts a large living room with a dining table, fireplace, and two sitting areas. The space Enjoy the luxury of more space for relaxing. This space is 1072 sq. ft. and is the ideal set up for families and friends traveling together. The two bedrooms are separated by a hallway and offer privacy to two groups of guests. Room 1 has a queen bed and a twin day bed (sleeps 4), while room 2 has a queen bed and single pullout (sleeps 3). The main living room offers a big area to come together with a wood fireplace, a large dining table, and two sitting areas, one with a view of the gardens and the other with a view of the fireplace. No breakfast. Does not include a full kitchen but each room has a microwave and small fridge. Guest access Guest access is through a private entrance at the front door. Guests can also access one of the rooms through an entrance off the private lanai. Other things to note There is a kitchen that is attached to the property which is not included in the rental.
