Come relax in this modern mountain home located within a 5-minute drive to Bozeman International Airport. Our home is intentionally designed for your family to feel at home, with ample indoor and outdoor space, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer & dryer, and necessities for traveling with little ones. Please contact us 48 hours in advance to request an earlier check-in time. We will do our best to accommodate. Guidebook with restaurant, hiking, and family-friendly activities is provided at home. The space The first floor is an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area perfect for socializing comfortably. The laundry room and half bathroom are also on the main floor. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet is located on the main floor. Sleep peacefully with black out shades in the master and no rooms above! The second floor consists of two bedrooms, a second small living room, and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with everything you'll need to stay and sleep comfortably. The two twin XL beds can be connected to create a make-shift king size. The covered back patio provides shelter to enjoy your Montana cook out! We provide a picnic table large enough to seat 6 and an electric grill so you won't have to worry about filling a propane tank. The gate in the back yard provides direct access to a flat walking trail that circles the neighborhood. Enjoy a game of corn hole (stored in the garage) with the family! Traveling with little ones? You will have access to an adjustable high chair, pack n play, and children dinnerware. There is also baby gates for the top and bottom of the stairs and bed bumper inserts for the twin beds. The kitchen drawers containing sharp utensils and knives have drawer locks. The cabinet under the sink where some chemicals are stored also has a child lock. Upon arrival, these will always be unlocked (red unlocked icon visible). Simply rotate the locking mechanism until the green lock icon is visible to engage lock. Guest access The entire home, yard, and 2 car garage are accessible to guests 24 hours a day. Other things to note House rules and applicable fees charged for violation: - No smoking ($500) - No pets ($500) - No extra / unregistered guests ($100 per guest, per night) - Respect check in and check out times. - Any damage to the home or furnishings will be charged to guests.
