The Mermaid Loft condo is in an ideal location, steps to the Kailua pier, the beach and all of the shops, restaurants and bars in downtown Kailua Kona. A very roomy, open beam loft style top floor condo which has been recently remodeled. Cool off after a day at the beach with air conditioning on both levels. Included are all the essentials: full kitchen, washer and dryer, free parking space, and pool/hot tub/BBQ area. The condo is on the third floor, and there is no elevator. If walking up stairs is an issue for you, this may not be your dream location. I want to respect your privacy, so I won't contact you unnecessarily on your stay.
