Relax in an elegant and comfortable 2 story beach-block townhouse on the south side of the island. Leave your car in the driveway as you take a short walk (no streets to cross) through the protected dunes for the breeding grounds of the piping plover and sand pipers. After a 7-10 minute walk through the dunes, the dunes open onto a beautiful well maintained & guarded sandy beach. Relax and watch the dolphins frolic in the ocean at Brigantine. Upon entering the 1st floor of the townhouse you will be in a grand room which includes a beautiful and well stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a pleasant dining area, a spacious living room with a wrap around sofa with mood lighting. Also on the first floor, there is a full bath with whirlpool tub and 1 bedroom with a set of twin beds. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. The master bedroom has access to a deck, bathroom and walk-in closet as well as a makeup area with sink. The 3rd floor loft has a day bed and access to a small 3rd floor deck. Each bedroom has a television. Master bedroom and grand room have smart TVs. The townhouse is located at the southern end of Brigantine, and is just a few minutes from restaurants, tennis courts, miniature golf, “The Links” golf course, fishing, surfing and boating just to name a few activities. Not to mention Atlantic City’s world famous casinos. The Borgata, Harrah’s and Golden Nugget are just 7 minutes away. For those that like to shop, Atlantic City Outlets are moments away.
