Pet Friendly Cottage with a private Hot Tub

Welcome to Anaëlle’s home in Villas, NJ, part of Cape May County. The Villas is one of New Jersey’s hidden gems. If you seek a cozy, charming, furnished home, this place is perfect for you! Our location is ideal and strategic , with Cape May, Wildwood, and Stone Harbor all just a 15-minute drive away. We offer most necessities, including a hot tub available year-round. The home is a short 10-minute walk from the beaches of the Delaware Bay, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets every evening The space Our newly renovated home features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, with a spacious private backyard perfect for morning coffee, happy hour, and evening cookouts. .The first bedroom accommodates 2 guests with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and closet. .The second bedroom accommodates 3 guests with a bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom), a closet, and a hotel-style luggage rack with a shelf. We provide ample linens for each bed, along with extra pillows and blankets. The living room includes a leather sofa that converts into a twin-sized bed if needed. There is a 40-inch Smart TV with guest access to Roku. The house is equipped with central air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, including pots, pans, and baking sheets. The breakfast bar seats 2 guests. Appliances include a refrigerator with an ice maker (we provide 4 water bottles per stay), a gas stove, a dishwasher, a blender, a mixer, and a Keurig coffee maker (we provide dark, medium, and light roasts, sugar, and coffee cream), as well as Earl Grey teas. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet, with an iron and ironing board stored in the bedroom closet. OUTDOOR SPACES The private backyard features a patio area perfect for barbecues and relaxation. The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and refilled after each guest’s stay. GUEST ACCESS Guests have full access to the entire house, including the private backyard. We provide 2 complimentary beach tags for Cape May’s beaches (children 11 and under are free). Bay Beach and Wildwood beaches are free to access. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for your use. POLICY The checkout fee covers up to two dogs. There is a $50 fee for each additional dog. No smoking or drug use is permitted on the property. We maintain a smoke-free, drug-free home. If you need anything specific, please let us know at least one week in advance. Due to frequent use, the hot tub may occasionally experience mechanical issues. If it becomes unavailable during your stay, we will provide a $20 credit per day for each day it is out of service, starting from when the issue is identified. As part of regular maintenance, landscaping is scheduled every Monday between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM from April through October. Please be on the lookout and keep your pet indoors during this time.
