Quaint, clean, & peaceful— this coastal cottage located on the bay + 1 block from the beach— offers modern amenities with unbelievable views of both the bay and the ocean. The space The first bedroom a bunk bed with a single on top and double on bottom. Dresser and full closet included. Two windows & 9ft ceilings. The master bedroom includes a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, views unobstructed by neighbors, and a full bathroom attached. The living room has a full couch, recliner, and sitting space with a firestick TV, wood burning stove, and ceiling fan. 9 ft ceilings and multiple windows. The kitchen includes gorgeous views, ample counter space, a large sink, dishwasher, stove & oven, refrigerator/freezer & pantry. Coffee makers, keurig, toaster, blender are all included. Watch the sunset while eating dinner in our dining room. Bench and chair seating, 7 windows will make you feel as if you’re eating outside. Mudroom includes free to use washer and dryer on the premises. Front deck wraps around to the back of the house. Picnic table and deck chairs included. Separate pier and floating dock allow access to fishing off the deck, and then boat and jet ski docks. The upper deck affords views of both the bay and ocean, plus two lounge chairs to enjoy the sun privately. Other things to note Parties are strictly prohibited. (3) lifejackets included for use while renting. Home is raised at 14ft with wrap around decks, spiral stair case, upper & lower decks, ramp, floating dock. An adult needs to be present with children at all times around the water— children do not float, please be wary and wear life jackets. NJ law requires children 12 and under to wear lifejackets. No diving off decks into the water. Water levels fluctuate with incoming and outgoing tides.
