Very close interstate 80 access for allowing quick and efficient travel. The home was recently remodeled and has a fresh and airy feel! The home is a split level with bedrooms both up and down. Upstairs area: - Fully equipped kitchen ready to cook a feast! - Spacious living room with smart TV and comfy sectional sofa (can sleep 1-2) - Large dining table that can seat 6-7 people - Master bedroom with King bed and smart TV - Secondary bedroom with Queen bed and smart TV - Primary bathroom with tub/shower stocked with toiletries Downstairs: - 3rd bedroom with queen bedroom and smart TV - 4th bedroom with queen bedroom and smart TV - Secondary bathroom with LARGE shower - laundry room with free washer and dryer use Outdoors: - Off the kitchen is the deck with BBQ grill - LARGE backyard - great for kids and dogs - FULLY FENCED IN! - Fire pit relaxation area with hammock, zero gravity chairs and propane fire pit The home is equipped with high speed wifi and a brand new AC/heating system! **Note - the garage is not accessible to guests but the driveway is plenty long for parking! **Pet Policy** Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled. Guest access Guests will access the property using a smart lock for quick and easy access. No worrying about keys! The personalized code will be sent the morning of your check in! Other things to note The home is equipped with a ring doorbell at the front door (facing the front yard) as well a camera at the back door (facing the back deck and yard) and one on the side of the house (facing the driveway) that monitors audio and video 24/7.
