Moon Lake public park is in eyeshot to launch your boat. The gazebo has seating to enjoy zen inducing sunrises and sunsets. There are many nearby restaurants, Bayou Bowl, Brookshire's grocery store and ULM are nearby. Ideal for groups/families to unwind and reconnect. The speed limit is 15mph -All doors have coded access. The current code will be sent prior to check-in. -BBQ grill is availble to use. Please pull it out to the driveway away from the house if used. Please clean it after use. -Please take trash to the brown dumpsters at departure and place on the curb. -Please place used bedsheets and towels in the washroom. -Please do NOT flush baby wipes or feminine products in the toilets. -NO smoking inside-$250 fee for smoking inside -Each entry door has a camera. There are no cameras inside. -HughesNet is the only satellite wi-fi available due to location. It is VERY spotty and not the speed of cable internet. - For streaming, it is best to put content on your phone on wifi and cast to the TV for shows. -Available extra sleeping spaces on request: Rolling crib, Futon in gameroom, air mattress
