Trails near the house run along the lake/Ouachita River for several miles. Moon Lake public park is in eyeshot to launch your boat. Enjoy zen inducing sunrises and sunsets on the gazebo. There are many nearby restaurants, Bayou Bowl, Brookshire's grocery store and ULM. A true taste of Louisiana, the Sportsman's Paradise. The space -The house is next door to a RV park with very friendly residents. -MUST BE ABLE to climb stairs to get to the bedroom levels. -Gazebo with outdoor seating and lake views. -3 levels total with gameroom on the lower level...there are MANY stairs in the house -Wifi access- satellite internet- NO HIGHSPEED INTERNET IS AVAILABLE -DirectTV cable TV -Washer/Dryer Guest access Door code provided 48hrs to arrival Other things to note -All doors have coded access. The current code will be sent 48hrs prior to check-in. -NO SMOKING INSIDE-$250 fee for smoking inside -BBQ grill is availble to use. Please pull it out to the driveway away from the house if used. Please clean it after use. -Please do NOT flush baby wipes or feminine products in the toilets. -Each entry door has a camera. There are no cameras inside. -Satellite internet is the only available option due to location. It is VERY spotty and NOT the high speed of cable internet. -Available extra sleeping spaces on request: Rolling crib, Futon in gameroom, air mattress
