This charming abode offers all the Amen of home. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen & Bath, & a Lg back deck to relax on with a pedestal charcoal grill. You'll be pleasantly surprised by how spacious this cabin is once you step inside. With comfy sleeping ARR. for up to 4 people, its perfect for 2 couples/small family/or a few fishermen. Angler Point will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame. Angler Point is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. By your confirmation, guests booking Angler Point are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement. There is a Max Limit of 5 people in this unit, this includes kids. Thanks!
