Big lanai and outdoor kitchenette for open air living with gorgeous sunsets over the ocean. Stretch out in the California king bed and check out that view! Black out curtains add to your sleeping comfort. Nearby are many attractions, amazing snorkeling and hiking, a grocery & hardware store. We look forward to sharing our slice of paradise!! The space The Coffee Cottage is a stand alone studio at a comfortable 1350 ft. elevation, on a small working coffee farm. PLEASE NOTE, THE UNEVEN STONE STEPS & PATH LEADING DOWN FROM THE PARKING AREA MAY BE TOO MUCH OF A CHALLENGE FOR SOME. Complete with a bathroom shower & tub, king size bed, oversize chair & ottoman, desk and small armoire. Outdoors, the lanai runs the length of the cottage, & wraps around to a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, hammock, and two seating areas. Truly a country escape, yet only 20 minutes from the Historic Kailua-Kona village with its many shops and restaurants. Guest access The entire Coffee Cottage & surrounding grounds are yours to explore. Other things to note 1. There are steps down to the cottage from the parking area, so this is not a wheelchair accessible spot, and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. 2.
