The space The Farmhouse is composed of two apartments adjoined between two floors. The top floor has a beautiful living space with parquet floors and a covered porch, plus a lake-view patio for sitting and grilling. Two bedrooms on the main floor... One with a full bath attached and the other near a half-hall bath. The lower garden level has a full kitchen, dining room, One big bedroom overlooking front views, a smaller bedroom with two singles, and a bathroom with a shower, plus a pull-out couch. Guest access Guests have access to both floors, all the land in the front, woodland, and lakeside trails, fields, and lawns around the house. with a firepit and sitting area. Other things to note The old farmhouse is classic with hand-laid parquet floors, double doors, and plaster walls. We strive to make our guests comfortable and we are happy to help in any way. The Farmhouse sits on a hill overlooking the lake and is surrounded by deer, bunnies, waterfowl, and a Forest with beautiful trees...there can be occasional seasonal critters in transition. We manage them naturally, to prevent lung exposure for pets and animals alike. If you see one, feel free to ask for assistance. For example, we had a few harmless ladybugs recently getting in the front door, which are gone now.
