Located in the heart of the bucolic Brookhaven Hamlet, this two bedroom, two bathroom home features an expansive fenced yard. It's within walking distance of the Great South Bay, local farm stands, walking trails, and nature preserves in an incredibly quiet neighborhood. A five minute drive to shops and restaurants in Bellport Village, and 15 minutes to a great ocean beach. The space The main bedroom features a King size bed, and the guest bedroom features a Queen size bed. Of the two bathrooms, one has a tub shower, and the other has a newly renovated stall shower. There are Sonos speakers throughout the house, and recently installed appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. Guest access All living spaces, excluding the garage, are accessible by guests. Other things to note For stays over two weeks, an additional house cleaning, at a fee of $150, is required. Additional cleanings during your stay can be arranged upon request.
