The Grey House

This spacious home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, kids nook and a fireplace. The back patio is complete with outdoor furniture and a grill creating space to entertain or relax. The large yard will be another great space to entertain once finished. The driveway is spacious, fitting up to 10 vehicles. All the comforts of home, located just minutes from the lake. It is nestled between the mountains offering stunning views and the perfect location for year-round recreational opportunities. Guest access Full access but please stay out of the utility closet next to the laundry room, unless vacuum is needed. Please provide a four digit code upon booking that will be used during your stay to gain access to the home and garage. Other things to note The lawn isn’t complete yet, we are working with a landscaper. We will notify you if they will be scheduled to be on the property during your stay. Please stay of the bare spots of the yard as it is will be muddy unless actively covered in snow or frozen. Three Smart Television are available for use, the streaming services are not provided but they are connected to wifi and you may access your streaming subscriptions. Control the temperature during you stay by using the wood-burning fireplace or the Nest Thermostat.
