Upstairs you'll find 1 king bedroom, 2 comfortable folding guest beds with 5-inch memory foam high density support does have a 200 LBS. weight limit for adult or children for each fold away bed and 1 queen bedroom, with a full bathroom in between. Enjoy the large side yard, gazebo, outdoor furniture and BBQ including the fully fence pet area for your furry family member. There is a washer and dryer in the home also help yourself to coffee or tea while you relax in your home away from home. We have parking for 4 vehicle's l at this property. Air-conditioned and Heated accommodations at this vacation home. We offer coffee pods, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron, cook ware, dishes, utensils, blender, toaster, towels, sheets and blankets all the necessities of home. Guest access This is a quiet neighborhood perfect location for a family reunion, group get aways and holidays, with large grassy yard, gazebo outdoor furniture and BBQ grill to interact with all your guest. Petiquette for House Guests with Pets: Please clean up after your pets, we provided poop bags. Accidents can happen. We ask you to please clean up after your pets immediately. Don't let your pets lounge on the furniture or sleep on the beds. Pets are not allowed to be alone in the home unless you have them in a kennel. Please be mindful of your neighbors! Keep control over dogs barking. We suggest that you bring kennel, bedding, your pets’ favorite toys, food and treats, along with your pet eating and drinking dishes so they may have a wonderful time on vacation too.
