Cozy cottage in a quiet, lake community

My cottage resides in a lake community 25 miles west of Boston. It is a very short walk to a shared dock or beach. There are also wooded trails in my backyard for walking or trail running. It's very peaceful here. I have a wood burning stove and fire pit. Kayaks and inflatable SUP boards are available. I can’t wait to share my slice of paradise with you! During the Boston Marathon weekend there is 2 night minimum. I have a second bedroom that can be rented for a second or third person. The space When I am home, this is a shared home. In the summer, you can eat inside or out on my deck. I have central AC and also a ceiling fan in your room. I have a wonderful rain shower to feel pampered . Friends come here and feel like they are on a retreat. From my backyard you can take a walk in the woods or in the neighborhood. Guest access Your bedroom is private. It has one full size bed and a very small closet to hang a few items. There is a dresser for you too. You have shared access to all other rooms except my bedroom. The bathroom is shared with me. You have shared kitchen, laundry, and backyard access. During your stay This is a shared home as this is my primary residence. I travel a bit so it's possible that I may not be home for part or all of your stay. My home is your home! I have self check in too. Boston Marathon weekend is a 2 night minimum. Other things to note My prices vary depending on whether I am home or not. You have access to the whole house (excluding my bedroom) when I am traveling or not.
